Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, food items cannot be returned once they have been picked up or delivered. We take great care to ensure that all orders are prepared and packaged with the utmost care to meet your expectations.
Refunds
Refunds will only be granted for orders that are cancelled before the end of business (17:00) on the Wednesday preceding the pick-up day. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our production schedule and minimize waste.
